FAQ
FAQ
Which quotes can I check?
HVAC replacement, roof replacement, and water heater replacement. Other trades are outside this phase.
Where do the ranges come from?
Published cost guides, copied into a table with the page, publisher, and the date we read them. We do not blend those numbers into a new average and call it a fact.
Does a photo of the quote work?
Yes when an AI Gateway key is configured. Otherwise paste the text or upload a PDF. The file is read in memory and then dropped.
What is Deep Check and Home Pass?
Deep Check is a $19 longer review, shown as a waitlist. Home Pass is $5/mo for unlimited checks, maintenance reminders, and warranty tracking. Those extras are not built yet.
Who are the Henry pros?
Homeowner Henry matches a homeowner with up to three vetted contractors per trade in a county. The button on your result records the click and opens their site.
